Q1: How can I download bill from app to check details?

You can click on your number from the home page and scroll down to view your latest 3 bills.

From the Appโ€™s home page, click on your number.

Step 2

You will be redirected to the account balance details.

Scroll down to view your latest three bills.

Click View Bill to see the detailed breakdown of charges.

Q2: I changed my package this month. How will I be billed next month?

You will only be charged for your new package based on the number of days it was active during the current billing cycle. Additionally, your bill will include the full monthly fee for the package benefits you will receive on the 1st of the upcoming month.

Q3: When is my Postpaid bill generated, and when is the payment due?

Your Postpaid bill is generated on the 1st of every month and will be due by the 21st of the same month.

To avoid any service interruptions, we recommend making your payment before the due date.

Q4: Is there an option to extend my bill due date if I am unable to pay before the 21st of the month?

Absolutely! If you have an outstanding amount from only one invoice, you can request an extension by reaching our support.

Please note that the bill extension request period and the extension duration are subject to changes.

To help avoid any service interruptions, we recommend contacting us by the 19th of the month to check the available options.

Q5: I forgot to extend my bill before the due date. What are my options now?

We have Promise to Pay.

You are eligible for this service if:

  • ๐Ÿ“ต Your outgoing services are disconnected.
  • ๐Ÿงพ You have only one outstanding bill on your account.

To activate Promise to Pay:

  1. ๐Ÿ“ž Dial 929.
  2. ๐Ÿ“ฒ Select the Mobile option.
  3. ๐Ÿค Choose the Promise to Pay option.
  4. ๐Ÿ“ฉ Once activated, you will receive an SMS confirmation with the details of the extended payment date.

Q6: I activated the Promise to Pay option but forgot to make the payment before the extended due date. My number is now suspended, and I can't receive OTPs to pay my bill. What can I do?

No worries. If you have only one outstanding bill, you may be eligible for a 2-hour temporary reconnection.

To activate the 2-hour reconnection:

  1. โ˜Ž๏ธ Dial 929.
  2. ๐Ÿ“ฑ Select the Mobile option.
  3. ๐Ÿ”“ Choose the 2-Hour Reconnection option.
  4. ๐Ÿ“ฉ You will receive an SMS confirmation once your service has been reconnected.

If you settle your outstanding bill within the 2-hour reconnection period, your line will remain active and will not be disconnected again. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Q7: I have a complaint regarding my bill. How can I log this complaint without reaching any customer care touch point?

You can easily submit your complaint through Evee, our AI assistant, available on the Ooredoo App and website.

Open the Ooredoo App or visit the Ooredoo website. Click on Evee Icon which is displayed below.

Select Report a Problem from the main menu.

Select Report a Problem

Select the relevant category; for instance, Mobile along with subcategory and Sub category

Provide the requested details about your issue.

Submit your complaint.

Q8: I want a detailed bill which will have call records. Is there an option for that?

Yes. We offer an Itemized Bill service for Postpaid numbers, excluding Bill Control plans, which includes details such as your call records.

A fee of MVR 15 will be charged for this service.

How to request?

  • You can request to activate the Itemized Bill service from our support.
  • Before requesting the service, please ensure that your email address is registered and up to date on your account.
  • If your email address is not updated, please send the following documents, along with your mobile number, to care@ooredoo.mv:
    • ๐Ÿชช Copy of your ID card
    • ๐Ÿคณ A selfie of the account owner holding the ID card

You can also pay your bill through:

Q10: How can I receive my bill via email?

We offer an E-Bill service, where your monthly bill will be sent directly to your registered email address.

How to subscribe?

  • To subscribe to E-Bill, simply request the service through our support.
  • Once activated, you will receive your bill conveniently by email every month.
