Unable to Connect to SuperNet? Here’s How to Fix It
If you're having trouble connecting to SuperNet, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
🔍 Step 1: Check Your Router’s Indicator Lights
To ensure a proper connection, check the following lights on your router:
- Power (green) and PON (green and stable): These should be on and stable for a proper connection.
- WLAN (green): This should be on to show that your Wi-Fi network (SSID) is available.
🚨 Step 2: Diagnose Issues Based on Indicator Lights
If any of the following lights are different, follow the respective steps:
- PON Blinking: This could indicate a configuration issue. Please contact us for assistance.
- LOS Blinking (Red): This suggests your router isn’t receiving the required signals. Ensure all cables are securely connected and check for any bends in the cables. If the problem persists, contact us.
- WLAN Off: Press the WLAN button on your router to manually turn it on. If it doesn’t work, try resetting the router using the pin-hole reset method. If you're in Hulhumale' Phase 2, please contact us before resetting your router, as the configuration is different.
📝 Additional Step: Verify Account Status
Make sure your account is active and that all outstanding bills are cleared. You can check this easily through the Ooredoo App.
We hope these steps have resolved your issue. If you're still having trouble, feel free to Report a Problem and we’ll assist you further.
