Ensure you have the right data balance for the application or website you're trying to use. To check your data balance, text β€˜balance’ to 5555.

We offer different types of data packs to suit your needs:

  • Regular Data: Can be used for all applications and browsing the internet.
  • Social Data: Used for specific social media applications included in your data plan.
  • Streaming Data: Used for exclusive streaming applications in your data plan.
  • Gaming Data: Reserved for gaming applications specified in your data plan.
  • Night Data: Valid for usage during specific hours, as stated in your data plan.

Ensure you have the right type of data for your activity.

πŸ›œ Step 2: Reset Network Settings on Your Device

If you have the correct data balance and good signal strength, try resetting your device's network settings.

iPhone:

  1. Open Settings and tap on General.
  2. Tap on Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  3. Tap on Reset.
  4. Select Reset Network Settings.
  5. Confirm again by tapping Reset Network Settings.

Your phone will restart, and you can turn on Mobile Data to start surfing the internet again.

Android:

  1. Open Settings and go to Additional Settings (or Advanced Settings).
  2. Tap on Backup and Reset.
  3. Select Reset Phone.
  4. Choose Reset Network and Bluetooth Settings.
  5. Confirm by clicking Reset in the pop-up notification.

Once your network settings are reset, set up the Access Point as follows:

  • Name: OoredooData
  • APN: OoredooData
  • Proxy: Not set
  • MMS Proxy: Not set

  • Reinstall the application.
